Benefit One
The Village Fund
No mother should be left without support because the father is evading, incarcerated, or otherwise unreachable. The Village Fund exists specifically for registered mothers in those situations — ensuring that membership in the CSRC provides real financial assistance even when the system has failed to locate or compel the non-custodial parent.
The Village Fund raises money through multiple platforms and fundraising channels, but its most powerful and sustainable source of income is the revenue generated directly through the Child Support Reduction Center’s manufacturing operations. A portion of every dollar earned through CSRC contracts is allocated to the Village Fund — meaning that as the center grows, so does the support available to the most vulnerable mothers in our network.
The Village Fund is built to be self-sustaining — fed by the success of the very center it supports.
Revenue generated from CSRC manufacturing contracts — a percentage of every production contract funds the Village Fund directly.
Online campaigns, community drives, corporate giving, and faith-based fundraising events nationwide.
Optional recurring contributions from members who wish to invest in support for their fellow mothers.
Foundation grants, philanthropic partners, and CDFI capital supporting families in crisis.
Benefit Two
Communication to Child Support & the Court
One of the most powerful things the CSRC does is communicate directly with child support enforcement agencies and the courts on behalf of enrolled cases. When a father’s case is introduced to the CSRC, the Center formally notifies the court of his enrollment and requests that the court allow the CSRC to address the arrears through the program before any punitive action is taken.
This advocacy gives fathers a real opportunity to resolve their obligations through earned income and skill development — rather than incarceration or license suspension, which only deepen the problem. It protects children by keeping fathers functional and engaged, rather than removed from the equation entirely.

Access to Attorneys
CSRC members gain access to a dedicated legal team available to support actions that are in the best interest of the child and both parents. Legal representation in child support matters is often unaffordable for the families who need it most. The CSRC changes that.
