All pricing for CSRC services is displayed clearly before payment is collected. Participants must acknowledge the service description and applicable policies before completing payment.
CSRC maintains a published refund policy available on its website. Assessment fees are non refundable once the intake or review process has begun unless a billing or technical error occurs.
Participants experiencing billing concerns or payment issues are encouraged to contact CSRC support before initiating chargebacks.
CSRC provides clear descriptions of services and requires acknowledgment of policies before payment. This helps prevent misunderstandings and unauthorized disputes.
