1. Purpose

The Child Support Reduction Center provides programs, education, and resources designed to help parents address child support arrears and improve family outcomes.

2. No Legal Representation

CSRC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information when registering or participating in CSRC programs.

4. Payments and Fees

Certain services require payment including assessments and program participation fees. All payments are subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

CSRC is not responsible for court decisions, enforcement actions, or financial outcomes resulting from participant cases.
