Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 16, 2026

1. Assessment Fees

Assessment fees are non-refundable once the intake or review process has begun.

2. Program Participation Fees

Additional program fees may be charged for services such as educational programs, case facilitation, or legal resource referrals.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Technical payment processing errors

4. Non Refundable Situations

• Completed assessments
• Participant withdrawal after services begin
• Failure to complete program requirements

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to support@childsupportrc.com with payment details and reason for the request.
